Catering Manager Ref: CO-25-1

Job Purpose: To manage, promote and develop the existing catering operations to maintain a high quality, cost effective and sustainable food and beverage offering to support College activities.

Salary: Grade 6 currently £33,482 - £36,130 gross per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am until 4:30pm; Wednesday from 8:30am until 3:30pm and Friday 9:00am until 3.30pm with a half hour unpaid break daily. The role holder will on occasion be expected to undertake additional hours in the evening or weekends to provide hospitality at events and meetings held in the College, but notice will be provided.

Holidays: 25 days per annum plus 6 additional days to be allocated at Christmas and Easter. 11 designated Bank Holidays.

Administrative Assistant Ref: AA-25-1

Responsible to: Senior Administrative Officer in the Office of the Principal

Job Purpose: To provide a comprehensive clerical and administrative service in the Office of the Principal and for the Chairperson and staff of the Liberal Arts Programme Team.

Salary: Grade 4 points 14-19, currently £25,448 - £28,831 gross per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week: Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm, with a one-hour lunch break. The role holder may be required to work additional hours due to events/meetings held in the evening and occasional weekend. Time off in lieu of hours worked, or overtime pay can be claimed when prior approval from a senior manager has been provided.

Holidays: 25 days per annum plus 6 additional days to be allocated at Christmas and Easter. 11 designated Bank Holidays.
