Student Mental Health Week

Students with one of the snakes from Kidz Farm

In keeping with tradition, the Students Union invited Kidz Farm (a mobile petting farm) to the College as part of Mental Health Week. Students had great fun, with a few even getting to face their fears by petting and holding giant rabbits, guinea pigs, ducks, snakes, rats, a bearded dragon, hedgehogs, tortoises, and a tarantula.

Interacting with animals can be a great way to help ease mental health issues, particularly stress and anxiety and the Students Union would like to thank Kidz Farm for helping to make today a success.
