"A Taste of Wicked"

27 November 2007

St Mary's University College students are proud to announce their production of A TASTE OF WICKED, showcasing their musical theatre abilities.

Produced by local musician Eamonn McCrystal, "A TASTE OF WICKED" is an adaptation and preview of the Stephen Schwartz hit West End and Broadway musical "WICKED". After receiving special rights to do such a performance the students are the first to bring "A TASTE" of this fantastic show to Ireland.

The 30 strong cast is set to impress over the 9 performances.... it is certainly not a show to be missed as the only other place you can see the show is London, or one of the touring shows in USA.

"WICKED" tells the story of the witches of OZ....SO much happened before Dorothy came along....it is a must see, especially for any WIZARD OF OZ fans.

"A TASTE OF WICKED" runs in ST MARY'S UNIVERSITY COLLEGE from 3rd - 9th December at 8pm with school matinee on Wednesday at 11am and Public matinee on Saturday at 2.30pm.

Tickets available from College Reception. Telephone: 028 9032 7678.

This is an adaptation of the musical "Wicked", special rights have been obtained to perform selected songs from the musical. The producers of "A Taste of Wicked" encourage you to see the West End or Broadway production for the full experience of "Wicked".
