Eight students from St Mary's University College have just returned from Krosno in Poland where they participated in an Erasmus Intensive Programme.
With over 60 other participants from across the European Union the two week programme focused on the theme of Migration and Narration with a series of lectures and seminars exploring the role of migration in contemporary Europe.
Hosted by Panstwowa Wyzsza Szkola Zawodowa w Krosnie, Krosno College, the two weeks of learning were complimented with a series of trips, tours and events which served to give the participants a better understanding of Poland and the surrounding countries. The students spent a number of days in Kracow city, visited the Low Beskid mountain range, Kamieniec Castle, and participated in an international concert in Krosno town square.
