Students from St Mary’s and Stranmillis University Colleges recently received bursary awards sponsored by the Credit Union for Teachers in Northern Ireland (BTCU).



Successful winners receive £500 for each year of study on the BEd degree programme. Previous recipients have used their awards to fund laptops and teaching practice expenses and to assist them with the cost of international study in experiences such as the Erasmus programme. The Teachers’ Credit Union is delighted to help future teachers during their training.
