Two groups of St Mary’s students have been enjoying Easter break activities in Rome and Andorra.
A group of twenty-three students and staff visited the Eternal City of Rome and its famous religious and cultural sites. They were received warmly in the Pontifical Irish College by the Rector. On Sunday, 3 April, they were amongst the thousands in St Peter’s Square who shared in a special Mass with Pope Francis to celebrate the Feast of Divine Mercy.
It was very much colder in Andorra, but equally as enjoyable, for a group of forty-four students who spent a week there on a ski trip. The feedback on Twitter was, “What a fantastic week!”
