Commencement Ceremonies

 

Bronach Fegan joined here by her mum and dad and her boyfriend Cathal O'Grady (a former St Mary's student)

 

Bronach Fegan (second from the right) attended the Religious Education Commencement Ceremony at St Mary’s on Thursday, 16 June 2016 where the Most Rev Noel Treanor DD was the Presiding Bishop.

Bronach attended Carrick Primary School, Burren and Sacred Heart Grammar in Newry. She was joined at the ceremony by her mum and dad, Brenda and Kieran Fegan and her boyfriend, Cathal O’Grady who is a former student at St Mary’s.

Bishop Anthony Farquhar was the Presiding Bishop at the Liberal Arts Commencement Ceremony on Wednesday, 22 June.  Bishop Anthony is pictured with the Commencement Speaker, Mrs Carol McCann (Principal of St Dominic’s Grammar School for Girls), Sr Lucina Montague (governing body member), as well as the College Principal, Professor Peter Finn and the Director of the Liberal Arts Programme, Rev Fr Feidhlimidh Magennis.

Niamh Callaghan – International Student of the Year
Ruairi Wilson – joint winner (with Sarah-Jayne Maskey) of the Chengelo Prize
Mark Scott – Student of the Year
Nikki McKeown – winner of the Entrepreneurship Cup.
