Féile an Phobail 2019

St Mary’s University College is delighted once again to be centre stage at Ireland's Community Arts Festival, Féile an Phobail 2019.

This year’s festival is set to be the biggest festival planned to date, with almost 300 events all over the city including music, comedy, talks, tours, theatre, debates, community activities and many more!

As a higher education institution committed to community engagement and located on the Falls Road since 1900, St Mary’s University College values the dynamism and innovation that the Féile Summer School brings to the local area each year.

Mar institiúid ardoideachais atá tiomanta don rannpháirtíocht phobail agus atá suite ar Bhóthar na bhFál ó 1900, is luachmhar le Coláiste na hOllscoile, Naomh Muire, an fuinneamh agus an nuálaíocht a chuireann Scoil Samhraidh Fhéile an Phobail ar fáil don cheantar gach bliain.

The debates and discussions are a quest for learning to enable continuous improvement and to facilitate a more collective understanding of the cultural, economic, political and social context in which we find ourselves, be that here in Ireland or on a global scale.

Is é atá sna díospóireachtaí agus sna cainteanna ná tóraíocht ar an fhoghlaim le feabhsú leanúnach a cumasú agus le comhthuiscint níos mó ar an chomhthéacs chultúrtha, eacnamaíoch, pholaitiúil agus shóisialta ina bhfuilimid a éascú, bíodh sin in Éirinn nó ar scála domhanda.
