In addition to the academic programme, the visiting ERASMUS students have been involved in a social and cultural programme organised by the College. They have visited the Black Mountain National Trust site examining the flora, fauna and sites of archaeological interest. As a little light relief they partook in a Euro trivia quiz and would have visited the Giant's Causeway on November 8th only for the fire at their accommodation in Bostock House the previous night. Thankfully none of them were hurt, but many had to spend the night in hastily arranged accommodation in the local area so the trip had to be postponed. On November 10th , they will compete against one another in the Eurovision Talent Contest, won this time last year by Norway.
